Risk management in your pocket
iOS and Android apps built with Expo/React Native. Full feature parity with the web — AI analysis, 5x5 matrix, PDF export, sharing — all from your phone.
Risks rarely happen at your desk
A supplier calls to say the shipment is delayed. You're on your way to a board meeting and want to quickly check whether it affects the critical risk in the register. With Excel that means opening the laptop, finding the file, maybe finding an older version — and missing the moment.
The RiskNote mobile app gives you the matrix, register, and AI analysis in your pocket. Everything you do syncs immediately with the web. No duplicate dataset, no separate mobile database.
What the mobile app delivers
Full feature parity
No reduced surface. AI analysis, matrix view, PDF export, sharing (V1.1). Same account, same data, same features on web and mobile.
Native iOS and Android
Built with Expo/React Native. Universal Links for deep linking. Biometric sign-in (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint) supported.
Offline read
Last synced data is available offline. When you lose network you still see the matrix and register. Edits sync when the network returns (planned V1.2).
Push notifications for shares
When a colleague or client changes something in a shared note you get a push. No missed updates. (V1.1, shipping with sharing.)
Same data paths as the web
Mobile calls the same APIs as the web. Same auth, same quotas, same EU hosting. No separate mobile backend.
How to get started on mobile
1. Download the app
App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Sign in with your existing RiskNote account or create a new one in-app.
2. Enable biometric sign-in
After first sign-in you can enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint from settings. No more typing the password every time.
3. Everything syncs with the web
Changes made on mobile show up on the web instantly and vice versa. No manual ”sync” click, no conflicts, no duplicates.
Included in every plan
The mobile app is included in all plans including the 7-day free trial. Same quotas and features as the web. Subscription is managed through the same Stripe account regardless of device.
Mobile app FAQ
Is it a webapp wrapper or a native app?
Native. Built with Expo/React Native — the same tech stack used by Shopify, Microsoft Teams, and Discord. The app renders native UI components, not a WebView.
Which iOS and Android versions are supported?
iOS 16+ and Android 10+ (API level 29). Older versions aren't supported to keep security and performance high. Tested with 99%+ coverage of devices in use today.
Can I export PDFs directly from my phone?
Yes. The export is generated server-side and you get a share sheet to send via email, Messages, Slack, or save to Files/Drive. No difference from the web.
